Villa Sueños is a beautiful, modern, semi-detached villa situated in a very tranquil residential area within walking distance of the centre of Playa Blanca in the very southern tip of Lanzarote. It has a fantastic private pool (solar heated/acclimatised in summer and electrically heated in winter) with stunning views from the south-facing terrace over the resort and the island of Fuerteventura. Perfect for discerning families and couples looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

Your holiday home is equipped with a mixture of furniture made locally and the best of modern equipment and appliances. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, full en-suite facilities and its own terrace, plus two further good-sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The villa is large and has a wonderful sense of space but at the same time is welcoming and feels very private.

The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and quality cookware and utensils. There is a comfortable and well-furnished lounge and dining room with TV and satellite system offering a comprehensive range of English and Spanish sport, news and film channels, DVD and CD players. Excellent selection of films and music provided. Broadband wireless internet is available free for all guests with unlimited downloading (but please note that the connection cannot be guaranteed or relied upon due to local conditions). For security, there are two safes and an easy-to-use villa alarm system (optional use).

The spacious main terrace is set in mature gardens and is provided with quality dining furniture, large parasol and six luxury sun loungers with mattresses. There are shutters to all windows with mosquito nets.

A car is not essential but recommended to fully appreciate this beautiful island. There is a taxi rank within a five minute walk and there is a local public bus service that runs around the whole resort with the nearest stop just a few minutes walk from the villa. The nearest beach (Playa Flamingo) is a 20-25 minute walk and the village centre is a further 10 minutes along the promanade.
