Villa rental rates

Payments in currency other than pounds sterling only if specifically agreed in advance. Guests are responsible for covering any transfer costs and exchange rate fluctuations.

Notes to the rental rates

Prices shown are for the villa and 2 persons. Please add £50 per person (adult or child/baby) per week up to a maximum of 6 in total.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 per week is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure.

Payments not received by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation of either the whole of a booking or a reduction in the number of guests within 8 weeks of travel attracts the following charges.

4 - 8 weeks - 50% refunded;
2 - 4 weeks - 25% refunded;
less than 2 weeks - no refund.

If you need to change your booking at any time we will do our utmost to help but this may not always be possible.

As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance and your passport numbers. If you choose not to take out insurance we will ask you to sign a disclaimer as a condition of booking.

Bookings are normally from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on day of departure but we may be able to accomodate other times.

A complimentary welcome pack of 5 litres water, milk, coffee, tea,sugar, biscuits and a bottle of wine is provided on arrival to get your holiday off to a good start!

Please note that there is no extra charge for the cost of electrically heating the pool during the winter months. Many villas charge up to £100 a week extra for this facility.

A quality high chair and cot are also provided free but you will need to provide your own cot bedding.

Full cleaning/laundry change service is provided before arrival and after departure with an additional mid-stay full service for guests staying 14 nights. For 10/11/12 nights please enquire for price if mid-stay housekeeping is required.

Household towels provided but please provide your own beach/pool towels as villa towels should not be used for this purpose.
