Notes to the rental rates

Prices shown are for the villa and 2 persons. Please add £50 per person (adult or child/baby) per week up to a maximum of 6 in total.

A complimentary welcome pack of water, milk, coffee, tea,sugar, biscuits and a bottle of wine is provided on arrival to get your holiday off to a good start.

Please note that there is no extra charge for the cost of electrically heating the pool during the winter months. Many villas charge up to £100 a week extra for this facility.

A quality high chair and cot are also provided free but you will need to provide your own cot bedding

A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 per week is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before departure.

Payments not received by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation within 8 weeks attracts the following cancellation charges: 4 - 8 weeks - 50% refunded; 2 - 4 weeks - 25% refunded; less than 2 weeks - no refund.

If you need to change your booking at any time we will do our utmost to help but this may not always be possible.

As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance and your passport numbers. If you choose not to take out insurance we will ask you to sign a disclaimer as a condition of booking.

Bookings are normally from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on day of departure but we may be able to accomodate other times.

WE CAN BOOK AN AIRPORT TAXI SERVICE that will take you and your party (up to 4 persons plus luggage) the 30 minutes drive to the villa. Car hire can also be arranged for collection at the airport on arrival or delivery to the villa at any time during your stay. Please enquire as to charges at time of booking.
